Paneer Masala Curry Lunch Description

Smooth, silky paneer masala recipe with few ingredients and it is super delicious too. Who can say no to paneer? I love this paneer sabji and love the fact that it can be made in jiffy. Here is a quick method of making paneer masala without compromising the taste. Follow step by step instruction to make this silky paneer. It can be best served in lunch or as dinner with naan or chapati.

Paneer Masala Curry Lunch Ingredients
- 4 green chilies
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 medium chopped tomato
- 1 tbsp dried fenugreek(kasuri methi) leaves
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp turmeric(haldi) powder
- 400 grams paneer (Indian cottage cheese) Buy it here
- 1 tbsp garam masala Buy it here
- 10-12 cashews(kaju)
- ½ tsp kashmiri red chili powder
- 30 grams cilantro (coriander/dhaniya) leaves chopped
- Salt to taste
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 150 ml water
How to Make Paneer Masala Curry
Step 1
In a grinder add cashew, onion, tomato, green chili, garlic and some water. Make thick puree.
Step 2
Heat wok or kadai on medium heat. Add 1 tsp fenugreek leaves and prepared puree. Give it a good stir and sauté for 5 minutes. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste. Keep stirring continuously for 5 minutes. Add garam masala, kashmiri red chili powder and cook for 3 minutes. Add 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves and chopped paneer. Coat paneer really well the spice. Add 150 ml water you can adjust as per your desire. Mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Turn off the heat. Remove the lid and garnish with chopped cilantro leaves. Super quick and super flavorful silky paneer is ready to serve. You can enjoy silky masala paneer with roti, naan, puris or rice.
